Dairy Cottage is situated at the end of the farm steading, it has it's own private enclosed garden which borders onto grass fields with views to the hills beyond. The back garden has grass area, flower borders and a patio area with garden furniture. Parking for two cars at cottage front door.

Colour TV, radio, coal effect 2 bar & convector electric fire, video, video tapes, selection of books, radio cassette and tapes.

Third single bed or cot.

Electric blankets, hair dryers and electric heaters in both rooms.

A large room. On one side all electric fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc. On the other side the dining area with outlook to the surrounding countryside.

Dairy Cottage has oil central heating. Washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the building opposite the cottage front door.
